Who we are

AI Together Summit is organized by Kynex and the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce (“we,” “us,” or “the Organizers”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and our event registration and communications, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, job title or role, and any details you provide when you register, buy a ticket, request information, apply to speak, sponsor, or exhibit, generate a badge, or contact us. Registration and payment are handled by our third-party registration platform; we receive the registration details but do not store full payment card numbers on this site.
• Messages you send: the questions and messages you submit to our on-site AI concierge or contact forms.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Summit and process your registration, respond to your inquiries, personalize your experience on the site, keep the site secure, and communicate with you about the Summit and related programs. See “How we communicate with you” below for details, including our use of text, email, phone, and AI-assisted systems.

How we communicate with you

Any information you provide on this site and any contact information we obtain—including your name, email address, and phone number—may be used by Kynex and the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce, and by parties acting on their behalf, to communicate with you about the Summit and related programs, updates, and offers. These communications may be sent by email, text message (SMS/MMS), and telephone call, and may be delivered by our staff and/or by automated, pre-recorded, or artificial-intelligence (AI) systems.

Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of buying a ticket or using our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message (reply HELP for help), use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at dev@kynexpro.com. We may still send you essential transactional messages about a registration you have made.

How we share your information

• The Organizers. Kynex and the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce share attendee and inquiry information with each other to run the Summit and communicate with you.
• Service providers. Companies that operate the site and our communications on our behalf—such as our registration platform, our CRM and messaging platform, our email delivery provider, and our hosting and analytics providers—process your information only to provide those services.
• Sponsors and partners, only where you have opted in or where we tell you at the point of collection.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to remember your preferences, keep the site working, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

Your choices & rights

You may opt out of marketing texts, calls, and emails as described above; ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you; and ask us to stop certain uses of your information. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site and the Summit are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and services, such as our registration platform, sponsors, or social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
